Marshall Eubank | Advisory Board Member
Mr. Eubank has extensive experience in the energy sector. His responsibilities include all aspects of acquisitions including sourcing transactions, financial evaluation and due diligence. Prior to joining Black Stone in 2002, Mr. Eubank served as a Director in Enron Corporation’s North American upstream and oil field service financing unit from 1997 through 2001. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Eubank served as a Vice President at EnCap Investments where he managed investment banking projects and direct project equity investments in small upstream companies. Mr. Eubank began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds and McKenna & Company. Mr. Eubank received his B.S. in Commerce from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, Houston Energy Finance and Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association.
Roy K. Warren, PhD | Advisory Board Member
Mr. Warren is a geophysicist with special expertise in electrical methods applied to hard minerals and hydrocarbon exploration. Mr. Warren is the owner of Warren Geophysical Service. He retired from Exxon after twenty-five years, the last twelve of which were with Exxon Production Research Co. Mr. Warren’s work at Exxon involved the research of passive and active electrical methods used in hydrocarbon exploration. He also headed a group of geophysicists in the search for various hard rock minerals both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Exxon, Mr. Warren was associated with Hanna Mining Co. and Vibra-Tech Engineers. Mr. Warren is the author of several patents and has published in peer review journals in the United Statesand Europe. Mr. Warren holds a BS degree in engineering and an MS degree in geophysics from Washington University, St. Louis, MO
